- Where I live, Pistachios have been more expensive than some of the other nuts, so I haven't used them much. But buying them in bulk like this made them more reasonable.I've been enjoying them quite a bit. They are soft, almost like a Cashew, yet flavorful. Excellent for chopping and using in muffins. I'm also going to try making a salad dressing with them, and maybe some deserts.The quality of these was very good, they appear to be quite fresh.
