- I'm a Double Bubble gum gal, but received Hubba Bubba as a gift recently from a friend. Hubba Bubba is a very soft, non-sticky bubble gum that creates the most amazing bubbles I've ever been able to handle (and some too large to control). It is quite sweet and the flavor lasts a long time.Unlike my usual Double Bubble brand, each individual piece of Hubba Bubba is quite large, so I use only half a piece at a time (otherwise I find myself drooling down my chin). It remains soft as long as one chews it so if you're also a gum 'snapper' as I am especially as the gum starts to lose its flexibility after being chewed a bit, this product doesn't snap.So I now have products on hand from which to choose…
- This gum reminds me of the original Dubble Bubble strawberry gum (small rectangular shaped gum, which got discontinued in the Dominican Republic where I was first introduced to it). Hubba Bubba's Outrageous Original is as close to the flavor as it can get. I love it and I always purchase it. The pieces of gum are thick, so sometimes I eat half and leave half in the wrapper.
