- I am environmental studies teacher with a HUGE emphasis on agriculture and food production and this is by far the best bar I've seen out there. It has no soy protein isolates, no preservatives, dies or refined sweetners...and it's raw! I was amazed when I tasted it, but what really blew me away was the fact that it has more calories(energy) than most regular bars like cliff and power bars.
- The first flavor I tried of these where the Spirulina. I wasnt expecting them to taste all that great, but I was totally surprised and ended up buying a whole box of them. They arent too sweet and all the ingredients are whole. I'll grab one of these and maybe some fruit or yogurt and call it a breakfast, on days I rush. They do have almost an oily type of texture that is really soft, but that would probably be because of the nuts. I have since tried the rasberry and coconut flavor, but Spirulina is still my favorite.
