Our Avocado oil is cold processed from the pulp of the finest Hass avocados grown in Chile 100% free of chemicals, preservatives or any other additives. Avocado oil has monounsaturated fatty acids (good fat) with extremely low levels of satured fat and 0 cholesterol. It also contains beta-sisterol, a fatty acid known to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
